The first meeting between TSPCA and National Scout Organization of Thailand to discuss what is preliminary framework of mutual cooperation towards the development of animal welfare as a curriculum used in scout camping. The two parties have agreed to develop and sign MOU prior to further actions. Seen representing the Scout Organization include Khun Dej Voracharoensri, Director Administration Division of National Scout Organization of Thailand and Khun Sanan Pahom, Director Camp Development Division, Ministry of Education while TSPCA by its Secretary – General Sawan Sangbunlung and khun Ladawan Boonchod, Project Coordinator. The event took place on 18 August 2009 at the Office of National Scout Organization of Thailand at Sala Vajiravudh, Bangkok.
