On April 8, 2005, TSPCA’s representatives led by its Secretay-General Sawan Sangbunlang met with the newly appointed Natural Resources and Environment Minister Yongyuth Tiyapairat to express congratulations on his new assignment. Both parties agreed to support one another on the works towards the development of Thailand’s better resources and environment.
