The Development of Mutual Cooperation

TSPCA present a bouquet of flowers to Dr.Kasama, Secretary-General, the Office of Basic Education Commission

TSPCA’s Secretary-General Khun Sawan Sangbunlung paid a courtesy call on Khunying Dr.Kasama Varawan, former Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of Education, now Secretary-General to the Office of Basic Education Commission to congratulate her on new assignment and at the same time to discuss with her on how to develop school curriculum with an integration of animal welfare concept for a sustainable development of animal welfare in Thailand. The event took place on 25 August 2006 at Ministry of Education.
